[Warm and welcoming] Hello, my dear friends! Today we have a very special story about a girl named Mia and her most favorite place on earth. Mia loved her Grandma's garden more than anything in the whole wide world! The flowers were so tall, they seemed to reach up and tickle the fluffy white clouds. [Excitedly] Every summer, Grandma would teach Mia how to talk to the sunflowers. Do you have a favorite flower?

[Gentle and somber] But then, one day, everything changed. Grandma was gone. The garden that used to be full of laughter felt lonely and very, very quiet. Mia wandered through the paths where they used to walk together. She noticed the colorful petals seemed a bit droopy, almost as if the flowers were feeling a little bit sad too, just like she was.

[Soft and vulnerable] Every time Mia thought about Grandma, she felt a heavy, rumbly sadness in her tummy. It felt like a stone that was just too big to carry. [Sniffling] She couldn't hold it in anymore. "Why did she have to go?" Mia cried softly, her tears falling like raindrops onto the dusty soil. It's okay to cry when we miss someone, isn't it?

[Comforting and strong] Just then, Mia's daddy came over and sat right beside her. He gave her the biggest, warmest bear hug. [Whispering gently] "People we love are a lot like stars, Mia," he said. "Even when we can't see them during the bright, sunny day, they are always there, sparkling and watching over us from way up high."

[Curious and quiet] That night, as Mia snuggled under her cozy blankets, she kept thinking about what her daddy said. She tiptoed over to the window—shhh, very quietly—and peeked outside. [Awe] The night sky was a giant sea of twinkling, shimmering lights! It was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen.

[Delighted discovery] Among all those millions of stars, one seemed to twinkle extra brightly, almost like it was winking just for her! [Giggling softly] Mia smiled for the first time in a while, feeling a warm glow spread from her toes all the way to her heart. She imagined it was Grandma saying, "Goodnight, my sweet Mia. I'm right here."

[Proactive and hopeful] The next morning, the sun felt a little warmer. Mia picked up her bright red watering can and marched straight to the garden. She watered the thirsty sunflowers very carefully. [Proudly] "Drink up, little friends," she whispered. "Grandma is watching us from the very best seat in the whole sky!"

[Peaceful and magical] Every day after that, Mia took care of the garden. She felt a little bit of Grandma’s magic in every new leaf and every blooming bud. [Softly] She realized that Grandma's love wasn’t really gone. It was like a gentle breeze that brushed against her cheek, making her feel safe and loved, just like one of Grandma's hugs.

[Intimate and sweet] Now, every time Mia looks up at the big, dark velvet sky, she remembers her daddy's words. She loves to whisper her secrets and tell her news to that extra bright star. [Confident] She knows deep down that Grandma is listening, smiling, and winking back at her from her garden in the stars.

[Triumphant and wise] Mia learned a very important secret: love never truly goes away. [Warmly] It stays right here, inside our hearts, like a magical garden that blooms forever. Whether it’s sunny or rainy, Grandma's love keeps blossoming in Mia's happy memories. And that is a very beautiful thing, don't you think?

[Warm closing] The End. Thank you for listening to Story Time with Ms. Erica. Remember, your heart is a garden full of love, and you are never truly alone. [Sweetly] Sweet dreams, my friends. See you next time!
