Hello my little friends! Meet Leo, a friendly young boy with curly brown hair. Leo loves to run, play, and explore the world around him. He knows that his body is wonderful and unique, just like yours!

One sunny afternoon, Leo was visiting his grandma's house. His uncle reached out for a hug, but Leo didn't feel like hugging. It made him feel uneasy inside. This is a feeling Leo didn't quite understand, but he knew it was important.

Leo's heart felt heavy, like he was carrying a little worry cloud. He fidgeted because he didn't want to upset anyone, but he didn't want a hug either. It's hard to know what to do sometimes, isn't it?

Later, Leo told his mom about the hug. She smiled warmly and said, 'Leo, it's okay to say no if you don't want a hug. Your body belongs to you, and you have the right to choose what feels right.'

Next time, when his uncle came over, Leo decided to offer a high-five instead. 'High-five!' he said, with a big smile, and his uncle had a big smile too. Leo felt so proud!

There are safe touches that feel nice, like hugs, pats, and high-fives. Leo loves to give hugs when he feels good about it. It's all about what feels comfortable in your heart.

But touching that feels icky or uncomfortable is not okay. It's important to listen to your feelings. If something doesn't feel right, that's your body telling you to say no.

The rule is simple: if someone tries to touch you in a way that feels wrong, shout 'NO!' and go tell a trusted adult right away. Your safety and comfort are the most important!

Leo felt like the boss of his body! He knew he had the power to choose what touches felt good and to say no to those that didn't. It made him feel brave and strong.

So remember, my little friends, your body is yours, and it's special. Love it, protect it, and always listen to your feelings. What matters most is how you feel inside.

The End. Remember, I love you and goodnight. Sweet dreams.
